Cancellation & Payment Policy

Bespoke Strand values your time and ours. To provide the best service for every client, the following policy applies to all appointments.

All clients are required to pay a 35% non-refundable deposit to secure their booking.

The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Appointments that are not confirmed within 12 hours of booking may be automatically be cancelled.

Late arrivals may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.

Payment is accepted by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
